Lavera Make- Up Landscape Illuminating Liquid, Powder, Brush and Lip Stick

I tend to gravitate to natural products when it comes to skincare and makeup. It’s possibly because I have sensitive skin and like to make sure I’m not aggravating it. I was sent over Lavera’s Fine Loose Mineral Powder, Illuminating Effect Fluid and Natural Matt’n Stay Lips to try out recently and after a good test run, I wanted to share my thoughts.

The first product I incorporated into my everyday routine was the Fine Loose Mineral Powder in the shade Transparent. I love using a loose powder to set my makeup, and this one was no exception. It sets my base really well, especially my under-eye when used with a beauty blender. The only bad thing I found with this powder is that although it was transparent, it seemed to oxidise on my skin, which is only a problem I have when I’m not wearing fake tan and wearing a pale shade of foundation. A benefit to this powder is that it is also vegan!

I also used the Matt’n Stay Lips in the shade Matt’n Berry. I thought this was going to be really dry on my lips – almost like some lip liners – as it was a matte finish in pencil form, but it surprised me and it was actually more creamy to apply. It’s so easy to apply and stayed on for hours until I’d eaten a meal. Because it is such a compact size too, it’s great to pop in my handbag if I ever need a quick to apply lip product!

I found the Lavera Illuminating Effect Fluid great for when I was on holiday and wanted that glow in the evening after a day of sun. It is so light on my skin and was great for those Ibiza sunset photos! I have this in the shade Sheer Bronze, which makes a nice change from other products I have like this which are more pink toned. This gives my skin a nice refreshing look under my foundation when it feels dull!

Lavera Make- Up Landscape Products

I really enjoyed trialling these products and it’s even better that they’re organic, natural and cruelty-free. All of the products are around the drugstore price range, which I think is very reasonable for organic products. There is a range of vegan Lavera products which you can find on their website here.
