It’s been a long time since I’ve done a wishlist post – two years to be exact – but since seeing so many gorgeous Christmas party clothes whilst browsing across the internet, I’ve had the desire to write another. You can never have too many going out clothes in my opinion, especially ones suitable for a Christmas party.
This wishlist is very sparkly – if you can’t wear a bit of sparkle at Christmas when can you?! I hope this post gives you some ideas of what to wear for your Christmas party or any Christmas event you may be going to.
I am obsessed with jumpers (and rainbow clothing), and who says they can’t be dressy?! Around Christmastime, a dressy jumper like this would be perfect to wear when for going for Christmas drinks, styled with a pair of smart culottes or even a pair of skinny jeans, along with a nice pair of black patent heels.
This is my dream Christmas party dress. I love how bright and colourful it is, as well as how it is absolutely covered in sequins! I think I’d style this with a pair of black chunky heeled boots and some chunky jewellery if I was lucky enough to have it in my wardrobe.
Red is my favourite colour to wear and as you can probably tell by this wishlist, I also love to wear a bit of sparkle, especially at Christmastime. This would be perfect for a night out, styled with a black lace body and a pair of strappy heels.
I’ve never actually worn a jumpsuit like this – when I saw this one I had to put it on my wishlist. I think this would look gorgeous for a Christmas meal out, with a pair of red heels and maybe even a belt to snatch the waist in a little bit more.
When I saw this, I thought it would be a perfect dress for a Christmas blogger event. I love the multicoloured spots all over the mesh, they make the dress so fun! I would wear this with a pair of black strappy heels and the hexagon crossbody bag.
The third and last sequin item on my wishlist is the most versatile one and the one I’m most in love with (I think?!). When someone says the dress code is ‘jeans and a nice top’, this top is what comes to mind in the festive season. I love the high neck, it’s perfect for people like me who aren’t very confident wearing low cut tops.
You can never have too many bags, especially black bags as they go with almost everything! I love how sparkly this bag is, it’s the perfect type of crossbody bag for going out around Christmastime and it looks like it’d be able to fit the essentials in. The gold chain strap makes it even more pretty.
I’ve recently started to get into wearing jewellery more. When browsing I saw this gorgeous rose quartz ring and knew it had to make its way onto my wishlist. It is such a pretty ring and I think it would look perfect on my finger during the festive season!
This was a collaborative post but all writing and opinions are my own.
