Last week I headed along to the Bullring for another Accessorize event organised by Brum Bloggers, this time showing off their Autumn collections. I am a big fan of Autumn. I love Autumnal coloured clothing and accessories, I love wearing jumpers, tights and boots, and I am obsessed with being cosy. I was so excited to see what Accessorize had to offer in the way of new Autumnal accessories, as I love to update my wardrobe when this time of year comes around.
Just before walking into the store, I met Chloe and Nati, and we decided to browse the store as we were quite early. After finding so many pieces to lust over – especially the leopard print bags – Ting started off the event by introducing the first challenge and the Botanist to us. Obviously once Ting had finished her wonderful speech, the first thing I did was head over to where the Botanist counter was stationed and chose a delicious ‘alcoholic Ribena’ cocktail to accompany me whilst I chose my pieces for the first flatlay.
I love a bit of blush pink, tan and copper for Autumn and with this in mind, I browsed the store for my perfect neutral flatlay. The first thing I chose was the gorgeous floral purse and chose other items to accompany that. When I headed over to the scarf section, I instantly fell in love with the gorgeous pink, white and grey scarf and knew it had to be in my flatlay. I then picked up the gorgeous tan shoes, rose gold and pink earrings, and the copper flask. I think this made a perfect transitional flatlay.
Then after a while of chatting to other bloggers that I had met before, and ones I had met for the first time, it was time for our second challenge. As always I am drawn to the red items and picked up a gorgeous red cross body bag, along with a red necklace and red earrings.
I must admit between picking each item I stopped by the Candy Kittens – I’ve never tried them before and I am in LOVE.
I can see myself popping into Accessorize during Autumn and Winter to add some new accessories to my wardrobe.
Thank you to Ting and everyone involved in putting on this fun event! Check out the last Brum Bloggers Accessorize Sorbet Event I went to here.
