Recently I’ve been lusting over travelling somewhere far, far away and what better way to document it than to write about my ultimate travel bucket list?! Ever since last year I’ve gained a real travel bug and I’d be off somewhere new every couple of weeks if I had enough money and time.
I’ve been to Barcelona twice in my life already, but I’d love to stay in the city itself and explore it again as an adult. I really want to see the Sagrada Familia as it is now and explore everything the beautiful city has to offer. I think my boyfriend would also enjoy going to an FC Barcelona game at Camp Nou.
I think everyone who loves Disney wants to visit Florida at some point in their lifetime if they haven’t already. Going to Florida would be such a fun holiday, I’d love to visit all the Disney World parks, especially Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios. I would also love to visit Universal Studios, especially the Wizarding World of Harry Potter – I think seeing Diagon Alley would make my life.
There are so many wonderful places in Italy that I would love to visit. Ever since I was young I have wanted to go to Italy, after flicking through my parent’s photo albums and seeing their photos of Rome and Florence. I would also love to visit the Amalfi Coast, Sorrento and Capri – I’ve had great recommendations for these places and they look absolutely beautiful. The food would also be amazing.
I think this would be the least relaxing, but most fun holiday ever. Vegas has been recommended to me so many times and I think this is definitely one I need to do in my early twenties, while I still have some energy! I’m not much of a gambler at all but going to casinos in Vegas is a must. I’d also love to visit the Grand Canyon through one of the tours that go from Vegas.
LA is somewhere I’ve recently decided I want to visit. I’d really love to go to the original Disneyland, where it all began and see the Hollywood sign. My boyfriend supports the LA Clippers basketball team so it’d also be amazing for us to go to one of their games.
This is an absolute dream location for a holiday, mainly because it is so expensive! The Maldives just looks so relaxing, like the place to go if you need a complete break to do nothing for a week. If I ever got the chance to go, I’d definitely jump at it, it’d be so relaxing to eat dinner on the beach like we did in Cape Verde.
New York City
I’ve always wanted to go to New York City for as long as I can remember, it looks like such a beautiful place. I’d love to take in the sights and see a show on Broadway, but also find less touristy spots to really explore New York. It’d also be great to go to The Tonight Show or a basketball game to get a taste of some American culture. I’ve been told if you love London, you’ll love New York and I do love London!
Every time I see photos of peoples’ holidays in Santorini, I lust after those beautiful white and blue buildings, and infinity pools. It is one of those places I’ve always wanted to explore and hopefully I’ll get the chance to go here within the next few years.
