Hello everyone! When my brother’s girlfriend first text me asking if I’d like her Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser because it broke her out – I jumped at the chance. There was just over a months worth of cleansing left in this so I got a fair try of it! She also gave me two of her muslin cloths that came with it to use.I love the packaging of this cleanser, the pump makes it so easy to squeeze out the amount you want and not too much. Also it smells beautiful – the perfect refreshing smell.
This cleanser comes out the pump as a cream, and I rub it into my skin then wash it off with one of the muslin cloths, polishing away the dirt and oil from my skin! Before this I’d only used cleansers where you had to splash your face with water – this takes a lot less time (and a lot less mess!). I’ve heard it’s great for taking make up off too, even eye make up, but I prefer to use micellar water (to get the majority of my make up off) and then cleanse away the excess make up that has been left on my skin.I will tell you now – the claim on the bottle that you will have smoother, clearer skin for me – is SO true. Whilst using this (for over a month) I got ONE spot, and not even a horrendous spot. This is coming from someone who did get a number of spots nearly every day of the week! I am amazed at how clear my skin is after using this cleanser – I have purchased another one now as this one has completely gone, boo!
This is certainly a holy grail product for me, and believe me, it does live up to the hype.
