New Paperchase Releases August 2015

I have been a huge lover of Paperchase since about 2012 when I first stepped foot into the Euston station store. I fell in love with the shop instantly and have been absolutely obsessed ever since. In July, I headed down to London, to the flagship Tottenham Court Road store (which is a Paperchase lovers dream by the way) to preview the new ranges. Two of the new ranges launched yesterday, Mystic Rose and Nordic Nights! P.S. This is not sponsored I am just a Paperchase obsessive!

The first range is Mystic Rose. I absolutely adore this range, it's full of dark flowers and copper. It looks like a darker version of Botanical Floral, which was a range earlier in the year. It contains many of Paperchase's staple range pieces such as the list book, mechanical pens, bags and journals. Mystic Rose also has some new pieces such as the velvet skull moneybox, skull shaped candle and a gorgeous copper 'lock' keyring. There is so much to be seen in this range, I suggest you get yourself into a store ASAP as I think it's going to be really popular! I've already actually bought a few bits from this range but I'm certainly going to be picking up more!

The second range is Nordic Nights. This is such a cute range and I love it! It's perfect for that Autumn/Winter transition as it reminds me of cosy nights in. The animals are absolutely adorable and the colours give me a Christmassy feel. If you love scandi patterns and animals you'll certainly love this range. Nordic Nights has many of the classic Paperchase range pieces with the addition of some different products, such as the style of bags. I love the gorgeous novelty bear frames and embroidered photo album, I think at some point I'm going to have to buy them!

Which is your favourite out of the two new ranges?

Dermatique Recuperating Cream: My Skin Saviour

As you probably don't know, I suffer with quite a few skin conditions. They all make me feel rather self concious and even if no one else notices them, they really knock my confidence. I suffer from psoriasis in my ears, severe scalp dermatitis and keratosis pilaris on my legs.

Dermatique recuperating cream comes in an 100ml size and you need the smallest amount each time for areas like the scalp and ears, so it will last for ages. It claims to be soothing relief for irritated itchy and dry skin. It is free of steroids and fragrances, it also contains no mineral oil, parabens or peanut products making it rather natural and suitable for peanut allergy sufferers! It's suitable for all ages and all skin types, making it extremely versatile and worth the money. The cream can be used on the face, scalp, hands, feet and body. It is ideal for psoriasis, keratosis pilaris, eczema, redness and dry skin.

Since this cream arrived it has been used non-stop. I mean it. I've been slathering it in my ears, on my scalp before a hair wash and on my legs. It sinks in so quickly and I don't get fed up of using it because it doesn't have a sickly smell. Sorry if this grosses you out but my ears and scalp have flaked a lot less since I've been using this and my ears feel like they're going back to normal. I feel like the look of the keratosis pilaris on my legs is improving, it hasn't quite cleared up but it is literally all over my legs, so it will probably take a while. My Mom also gets really bad eczema on her hands, so I told her to use some of the Dermatique cream and it cleared up really quickly compared to her using her usual eczema cream. It also looked a lot less sore. As soon as I apply the cream, it takes the burning itchy sensations away from my ears and scalp, and instantly soothes and cools them. Every area you apply it on to feels extremely moisturised afterwards. I am really impressed with this cream and once the pot has ran out I will definitely be repurchasing it.

I'm a Khaleesi & Shoe Zone Heels

T-Shirt - Primark | Jeans - River Island (No longer available) | Heels - Shoe Zone

I absolutely love t-shirts with slogans and when I saw this one in Primark, I knew I had to buy it even though I'd planned not to spend any money whatsoever! I picked it up for £6, which is a bargain for a t-shirt and I won't feel guilty if I only wear it a couple of times. Game of Thrones is one of my favourite TV shows and Daenerys is one of my favourite characters so 'I'm not a Princess, I'm a Khaleesi' was a rather fitting slogan. I just popped this with my Mom jeans from River Island for a more casual look.

Then to make the look less casual, I styled this outfit with my new shoes from Shoe Zone, which are from the Truffle brand. They're a gorgeous pair of nude strappy heeled sandals and they go perfectly with jeans. They are only £17.99 which I think is amazing for a pair of heels, it's very rare that you can find a pair for under £20. They feel like they're really well made too which I don't normally find with cheaper pairs of shoes. The colour of them is really nice, they'll go with the majority of colours of outfits. I think they'd look really nice with a midi dress or some skinny jeans, a bit similar to how I've styled them here. If you think they look quite odd on my feet, it's just because my feet are flat so they spread out a bit more in shoes like this! I'd love them even more if the heels were a bit higher, but for under £20 you can't really complain can you?!

Esthechoc Cambridge Beauty Chocolate | Chocolate Skin Care?!

You can imagine my surprise and excitement when I was contacted about Esthechoc, the chocolate that cares for your skin. I am a huge lover of chocolate and skin care, so I instantly knew this was the perfect product for me. Esthechoc contains 70% cocoa and two antioxidants which contain anti-ageing properties which are cocoa flavanols and astaxanthin carotenoid. To consume enough cocoa to see the benefits you'd usually have to eat 100g of dark chocolate daily, but luckily it's all packed into one portion of 7.5g Esthechoc. A daily portion increases the level of antioxidants in the skin, which improves microcirculation, raises the skins oxygen level and prevents ageing. It is also meant to help the skin regain it's firmness, radiance and luminosity. It's no surprise that it took the scientist behind it, Dr. Ivan Petyaev, 10 years of research to develop the chocolate!

In a box, you get 21 individually wrapped squares to be taken with a meal. They are extremely dark chocolate, so if you like dark chocolate you will absolutely love these and enjoy them! I'm not much of a dark chocolate eater but knowing the benefits they are having on my skin I gladly ate them all. After completing the three weeks, my skin is looking more firm and radiant. I can't really comment on the ageing side as I am only 19 and only have a few frown lines, but I can definitely tell something is going on with my skin as it is looking good! My skin is looking a lot more flawless and glowing since starting the three week course of Esthechoc.

I am absolutely amazed that there has been skincare developed in the form of chocolate. Esthechoc Cambridge Beauty Chocolate is available exclusively in Harrods for £35.

Designer Wishlist #1

Coat - Dress - Shoes - Sunglasses - Bag - Watch
Lately I've been dreaming about winning the lottery, but don't we all? I'm lusting after quite a few luxury items by some of the world's top designers. Just to clarify, this wishlist includes clothing and accessories from my favourite designers, I'm not just picking random things for the designer name. I think this would actually go together really well as an outfit, but that was unintentional! It's fair to say this is a dream wishlist as the contents total up to £3,108. A girl can dream!

Vivienne Westwood Anglomania Corgi Coat - I am a huge lover of coats and this gorgeous Vivienne Westwood one is no exception. It looks so warm and cosy, I love the light colour because it looks so fresh and bright. I reckon it would look great with any outfit, especially tights and boots for the most stylish and warm Autumn/Winter look.

Victoria Beckham Silk and Wool-Blend Crepe Dress - I love this simple, elegant, sophisticated dress. Victoria Beckham's designs are so classic but still have that modern feel. It would be a staple piece in my wardrobe if I owned it. I could throw it on with any jacket or coat and some gorgeous heels, it would look wonderful.

Christian Louboutin Sophiaregina Patent 100mm Pumps - I am obsessed with Louboutin's and I vowed to myself that I wouldn't buy a pair unless I won the lottery. However, I think I may have to break that and buy myself a pair for my 21st or for passing my driving test when I do!

Givenchy Seventeen Aviator Sunglasses - Givenchy are my favourite designers for sunglasses and I love aviators. They're stunning because they're so simple and because there's no particular colour to them, you can wear them with any outfit. Plus sunglasses are an essential...so why not splurge on them?

Vivienne Westwood Divina Saffiano Tote - This bag. It takes my breath away! I couldn't imagine a bag that could be anymore perfect for me. My favourite colour to wear is red which is probably obvious by now and it is by my favourite designer. I don't think I'd ever buy another bag if I owned this one, the size, the colour, everything about it is perfect!

Olivia Burton Wonderland Rose Gold Plated Watch - Olivia Burton watches have been so popular over the past few months. I love the big faces on them and the leather straps, this one is so much more stylish than the watch I've got at the moment! Anything rose gold and tan coloured makes me swoon, so when I saw this I knew it had to be included in my wishlist.

Luxemme Olivie Lace Trim Two Piece

Co-Ord - Luxemme | Shoes - New Look (No longer available)

I love wearing classic white and two pieces as a great alternative to dresses. I was sent this gorgeous two piece from Luxemme and it's the most luxurious clothing I've owned in a while. I love how the two piece is such a crisp white colour, meaning it's perfect for summer. I could imagine wearing this on holiday in the evening. The lace trim is so pretty and makes the whole outfit look so much more elegant. The fabric is so comfortable and feels expensive, which I love. This two piece is part of the Luxemme Limited Edition range, which contains 4 unique pieces for £35 each.

ASOS Shoes Wishlist #1

One | Two | Three | Four | Five | Six

One - ASOS Promote Pointed High Heels
I'm not going to lie, these shoes are already in my basket. I just haven't brought myself to check out yet. I love a pretty pair of heels and these are really unusual! I think these would look amazing with some jeans or smart black trousers, with a patterned shirt for that pop of colour. I haven't worn pointed shoes for ages and I am in love with these, so I may be going through with my purchase.

Two - ASOS Lunar Eclipse Ballet Flats
These ballet flats are so pretty, I love the strap across the foot as well as the ankle strap, they add a bit of detail to what could be a really boring ballet shoe! I think these shoes would go perfectly with a 'princess' day dress or some jeans with a t-shirt and a leather jacket for a more casual look.

Three - ASOS Shooting Star Pointed Heels
I've been seeing these everywhere over the past week. The jewels and glitter on the heel and ankle strap drew me in to looking at them on ASOS, as well as one of Sarah Ashcroft's Instagram photos.

Four - ASOS Penzance High Heels with Peep Toe
If you a regular reader of my blog you will know I absolutely love to wear red, it is my favourite colour to wear. These remind me of vintage heels and I think they would look stunning with an LBD or a black jumpsuit. I think they'd be amazing for parties in Autumn/Winter too.

Five - ASOS Play the Game Lace Up High Shoes
I think I'm obsessed with heels, pointed toes and lace up shoes at the moment! These look incredible, I would wear them with absolutely everything just because I think they're so gorgeous. Also, they're black so they will go with everything.

Six - Warehouse Pointed Ghillie Lace Up Flat Shoes
I've seen designer versions of these shoes and I'm glad to find some affordable ones! I'm bored of plain ballet flats and I think these have that little bit more detail, that makes them chic and a new take on ballet flats. These would look perfect with any outfit I think! Especially jeans and a nice pair of trousers.

Clarins Autumn Collection 2015

Clarins have done it again. Bringing gorgeous new shades of existing products and a brand new limited-edition eyeshadow palette out for Autumn, this is a collection I'm highly excited about. The most exciting of all the new releases is the Limited Edition Pretty Day 5-Colour Eye Shadow palette. The colours are beige, pink, shimmering taupe, matte brown and shimmering brown. They are all easily wearable and would create a great eye look using just a couple of shades or all of them! Neutral shadows are perfect all year round but browns look especially stunning in the Autumn. You can buy the palette for £33.

There are new eyebrow pencils in three different shades which are Dark Brown, Light Brown and Soft Blonde. I like these because they come with the pencil on one end and a spoolie on the other. It's always great to be able to brush through your brows before you pencil them in, so you know exactly where they're meant to be going and can keep them tidy. The eyebrow pencils are available for £17 each.

There are new shades of the Ombre Matte, Crayon Khol and Rouge Eclat. The Ombre Matte shadows (which I love) are now available in Carbon and Heather. Two new stunning shades for Autumn, a shimmery black and a shimmery taupe-purple. These eye shadows are so soft and buttery, I'm so happy to be adding two more to my collection. They are available for £19 each. The Crayon Khol's now come in Carbon Black and True Violet. These eye liner pencils are some of the softest that I've found so I'm glad they're now available in more colours. They are £17 each. The Rouge Eclat lipsticks now come in Tawny Rose and Red Paprika for Autumn. These are such Autumnal shades, I cannot wait to wear the red throughout Autumn and Winter. They are available for £19.50 each.

What do you think of the Clarins Autumn Collection?
